The villa is a stunning seven-bedroom villa situated in the Southern Bahian town of Arraial d’Ajuda. This contemporary, Mediterranean style villa has incredibly luxurious accommodations, a private footpath to the beach, and 180-degree views of the sea, coast and rainforest.
The 1,400m2 complex has four buildings spread throughout the property. The main house includes the master suite with a large bathroom and private terrace with incredible views, an open-plan kitchen (with a beautiful natural coconut counter built by a local artisan), spacious verandas with indoor/outdoor dining and living areas, a wood burning pizza oven and a BBQ area (churrascaria).
The second building, closer to the ocean along the edge of the property, has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large sun deck area with views. On a lower level of the property is the third building, where there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a private cinema, a games room, and leading on from the games room, the final bedroom overlooking the forest. Outside, there is a 16-meter L-shaped infinity pool and more spacious terraces and deck where you can sip cocktails while admiring the incredible view.
Other unique features that make the villa even more enchanting include the meditation garden, reflection pool, exercise and massage suite, and many private walking paths, just to name a few.
The villa is suitable for for groups of friends and families, however it is not ideally suited to children. The house is ideal for those who value safety, as there is a camera security system and private security at night.

TRANSFERS TO THE VILLA
Private transfers with trusted drivers can be arranged from the Porto Seguro and Trancoso airports. Alternatively, there is an excellent private landing strip near the house at Terravista, and helicopter and private plane charters can also be arranged upon request.
Car hire is recommended, but not essential, while staying at this house. Cars be can rented locally in Trancoso and we are happy to help with these arrangements.
PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY SHOPPING
To make your arrival at the property as relaxing as possible, we suggest we stock the kitchen and fridges with a customized grocery shop prior to your trip. This means that you will arrive to a kitchen full of food, a fridge full of cold drinks and that the first meal can be served shortly after your arrival.

• Food & beverages (can be pre-paid so that the kitchen is fully stocked upon arrival; this service has an extra cost of US$ 150, plus the cost of the groceries)
• Availability & prices are subject to change & will be confirmed at the time a booking request is received
• A one off US$ 300 booking fee is charged for all reservations
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days before the date of arrival. If the booking is made within 60 days of the date of arrival, then the full value of the rental is required
• Security deposit is usually 10% of the total amount of the booking (or a minimum of US$ 1,000) and should be paid with the balance. Usually it will be returned within 10 working days after departure if there are no damages or outstanding payments to be settled upon departure
